Project Manager/Project Associate

【Job Responsibilities】

  1. Prepare and draft project materials including, but not limited to, pitchbooks, information memoranda (IM), business plans, and teasers;
  2. Stay up to date with developments in the capital markets, particularly news and data related to IPOs, SPACs, and RTOs;
  3. Coordinate communication and collaboration with legal advisors, auditors, and other professional service providers;
  4. Identify potential new clients and partners, and assist in market expansion;
  5. Analyze industry landscape and synergy value to support buy-side or sell-side target sourcing;
  6. Liaise with investors/buyers and project stakeholders to actively advance project progress;
  7. Build financial models for data analysis, forecasting, and detailed valuation assessments;
  8. Provide full-cycle M&A advisory services, including deal sourcing, structuring, and post-merger integration;
  9. Assist in managing the entire transaction process and coordinate with other intermediaries involved;
  10. Support partners and senior managers in collaborating with domestic and international teams on overseas listings and cross-border transactions.

【Job Requirements】

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; international study or work experience preferred. Academic background in accounting, finance, audit, or related fields is a plus;
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in M&A, investment banking, or due diligence;
  • Strong interest and basic knowledge of capital markets, IPOs, SPACs, and RTOs;
  • Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation techniques;
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to process complex data and information;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of drafting and editing professional reports and documents;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • A strong team player with the ability to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Existing network of domestic and international investors or project resources is a strong advantage.

  • Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing);
  • Candidates holding CFA, CPA, ACCA, or MBA credentials will be given priority.

6. Assist partners, senior managers, team members in communicating with domestic and overseas teams to jointly complete US stock listing projects.

  • Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or related majors (full-time preferred).
  • Basic understanding and strong interest in capital markets, IPOs, SPACs and RTOs.
  • Good analytical and research skills, able to handle complex data and information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to write and edit professional reports and documents.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work as a team and independently, able to complete tasks on time under pressure.
